To coordinate all HR projects and provide general administrative support with recruitment, onboarding, training and other HR functions. Coordinate all functions and events and drive HR communications across the Group.
Responsibilities: - Ensure all employee data is accurate and regularly maintained.
- Support HR Executive with the collation of agendas, presentations and minutes of all meetings.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of staff.
- Plan and organise HR events and training workshops.
- Maintain policy library.
- Coordinate the social committee for all subsidiaries to ensure alignment.
- Responsible for all internal communications: Newsletters, notices and general HR communications.
- Oversee the HR communication platforms, ensuring content is up to date and easily accessible to all employees.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR and communications, incorporating new strategies and technologies as appropriate.
Requirements: - Grade 12 certificate, preferably coupled with a relevant HR qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR administration across different disciplines.
- Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies and plans within the organisation would be beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies.
- Proficient in using various communication tools and platforms, including intranets, social media, email marketing and content management systems.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Intermediate computer literacy.
- Excellent verbal, oral and written communication.
- Excellent planning and organising skills.
- Resilient and able to consistently deliver results.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions, while also being a collaborative team player.
