Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies. This role also involves supporting various HR functions, including talent management, recruitment, onboarding, Industrial Relations, Training and Development record keeping and general HR for the Nurture Group.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the roll out and coordination of all HR projects
- Co-ordinate general HR administration for the Nurture Groups of companies
- Assist the team with reporting
- Process HR Payments
- Support the team with collation of agendas, presentation and minutes
- Responsible for managing HR consumables
- Assist with the compilation and reporting of BBBEE, EE and skills submissions
- Support HRBP’s in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate and monitor the Yes4Youth program for the Group
- Assist with job descriptions, performance management and onboarding administration
- Assist with recruitment, training and development and IR administration
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and social committee activities
- Co-ordinate events such as long services awards, birthday celebration and track budget accordingly.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate
- HR related degree or diploma
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR administration
- Advanced computer literacy
- Excellent verbal, oral and written communication
- Able to analyse and interpret information
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Able to meet deadlines
- Resilient and able to consistently deliver results
- Ability to show initiative, collaborate at all levels, dependable, and able to work under pressure
