We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our organization's operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, improving performance, and ensuring that business operations align with the strategic goals of the company.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Support worker communication with the management team.
- Design and implement business operations.
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
- Establish governance processes to ensure that objectives are achieved, risks are managed appropriately, and the organisation's resources are used responsibly.
- Where necessary, lead and/or support the implementation of business compliance and risk programs.
- Maintain relationships of trust and respect with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and manage teams, ensuring that people-related issues are dealt with appropriately, driving a performance culture throughout the business.
- Drive transformation in the business with a view of inclusion, ensuring that the relevant transformation requirements of EOH are supported in all people-related processes.

- Function related experience: 2-5 years.
- Leading teams: 2-5 years.
- Project experience: 2-3 years.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in operations management or related field.
