The primary objective entails overseeing the administration, development, and reporting functionalities of our CRM system, which houses essential data pertaining to pricing and contacts.
You will also assume full ownership of our e-commerce platform (FDOnline) and the FD pricing feeds, ensuring seamless operations for our resellers and retailers.
Furthermore, you will be entrusted with upholding impeccable quality standards. This role demands adept problem-solving skills utilizing comprehensive knowledge of information systems, coupled with excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and users. Moreover, you must prioritize the evolution of systems and processes.
KPA PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
Administration
- High-level and in-depth understanding of Sage 300/Accpac and Sage CRM systems to ensure workable pricing models.
- High-level and in-depth understanding of FDOnline to ensure optimal functionality.
- Enter and administer pricing data, including confirming accuracy.
- Decipher, update, and Maintain Brand pricing models for both existing and new vendors.
- Collaboration with Brand Teams on pricing strategies and different projects they are involved in.
- Maintaining training material for the different systems and providing training to users.
- Managing and ensuring the correct training and efficiencies are achieved by the team members assigned by the department.
- Building strategies to maintain the customer database and keep it relevant and up to date.
REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- Certification in Sage Accpac or Sage CRM administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience in CRM and pricing administration, preferably with Sage 300/AccPac and Sage CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with vendor operational processes and pricing strategies is advantageous.

- This is a permanent position subject to a three-month probationary period.
