YOUR ROLE
- Analysis and approval/rejection of raw materials, intermediates, and bought-in materials for use.
- Technical support to manufacturing facility.
- Support the Product Development team and Technical Customer Services team with the life extension process wherever applicable.
- Performing Internal Process Audits and making lab batches when necessary.
- Customer complaints investigation, interpretation of test results, and writing monthly reports for QC.
- Standardizing and calibrating laboratory equipment and maintenance of the calibration schedule.
- Preparing COA’s for the customers and customer visits.
- Adhere to the 5S standard of the Quality Control Laboratory.
- Comply with the company safety, health, environmental, and quality standards and requirements.
