Financial Operations Officer
A well established car carriers company has a vacancy available for a Financial Operations Officer.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Full bookkeeping function up to Balance Sheet.
- Overall participation and very hands-on with operations.
- Defining bookkeeping policies and procedures, keeping operations in mind.
- Full Accounts payable and receivable function.
- Handling subsidiary accounts.
- Assist in preparing information and documents for auditors and compliance.
- Perform secure and confidential banking.
- Hands on with Key Accounts as well as communication with OEM’s.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- High level of honesty, ethics, understanding and integrity.
- Knowledge of Xero or Pastel.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper.
- In depth knowledge of financial reporting.
- Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Diligent with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain financial reports.
