Key Outputs
• Manage and ensure compliance to Quality Management Standard (ISO 9001:2015)
• Conduct monthly system/ process audits (ISO 9001:2015 and Contamination Control)
• Ensure compliance with the Caterpillar Contamination Control guideline (PEBJ 0002-05)
• Responsible for regional certification (ISO 9001:2015 and Contamination Control)
• Conduct training on procedures, process failures and/ or the best practices within the group.
• Manage quality risks and ensure effective implementation of control measures.
• Understand the needs and expectations of customers and other interested parties
• Conduct supplier’s audit to assess compliance to the quality standards
• Investigate quality related incidents (i.e., Customer complaints, service warranties)
• Documenting all incidents and preventative actions taken to rectify non-conformance and deviations.
• Quality document controller ,Compile all relevant Quality Audit and Management review reports
• Maintain document control data base, ensure documents are available at point of use
• Continuous review of existing product related processes and procedures to identify weaknesses and or areas that require improvement.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
• Grade 12 and bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Engineering, Environmental Health, or Qualified Artisans in relevant trade advantage.
• Total Quality Management Certificate, Internal Auditing Certificate or any QMS related qualifications (will be added advantage).
• 3 -5 years’ experience in service operations and/or quality management
• Non-conformance and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) experience.
• Good report writing and communication skills.
• Computer literacy
• Must be in possession of a valid driver’s license
