We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Divisional Manager to take the lead in managing multiple contract cleaning sites within the Cape provinces.

Skills and Competencies
- Proven leadership and relationship building with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing and motivating teams in a dynamic environment.
- A keen eye for detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Strong client service focus and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Experience in the food service industry a plus!
- Proficiency in financial management, performance analysis, and HR processes.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to perform well in a demanding environment.
- Understanding and adhering to company policies, regulations and quality standards.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to the cleaning industry.
Qualifications
- Minimum Matric / Grade 12.
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
- Minimum of 5 years management experience in a similar role.
Monthly Salary: Market related
