Financial Operations Officer
A well-established car carriers company has a vacancy available for a Financial Operations Officer.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Full bookkeeping function up to Balance Sheet
- Overall participation and very hands-on with operations
- Defining bookkeeping policies and procedures, keeping operations in mind
- Full Accounts payable and receivable function
- Handling subsidiary accounts
- Assist in preparing information and documents for auditors and compliance
- Perform secure and confidential banking
- Hands on with Key Accounts as well as communication with OEMs
Desired Experience & Qualification
- High level of honesty, ethics, understanding and integrity
- Knowledge of Xero or Pastel
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper
- In depth knowledge of financial reporting
- Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics
- Proficient in MS Office
- Diligent with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain financial reports
