With 27 amazing UK resorts, we pull out all the stops and add the bells and whistles to give our guests the holiday of a lifetime.We need you to be the person who manages the F&B team so that you and they deliver delight in our bars and restaurants. And we need you to deliver delight to our commercial team too!The nitty gritty of what you’ll be doingAs part of our slightly bonkers team of holiday heroes, you will be supporting the Commercial Manager and making sure that our guests are fed, watered and having a good time.This includes:Managing and motivating the F&B team to deliver delightTraining and supporting team members to help them be the best they can beDriving profitable growth with care and flairSetting the standards high and making sure your team meets themGenerally making sure everybody is having a great timeOne more thing…holidays happen at holiday times and eating and drinking goes on in into the night, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays, evenings and weekends too.Skills, experience and qualities you’ll needWe have high standards! We’ll train you up, but you must:Have solid management experience in a commercially switched-on retail, catering, leisure or hospitality businessShow evidence of your superb people management skillsHave an eye for detail, a head for business and a mindset for innovationKnow your profit and loss from your balance sheet and be able to control costs and grow profitHave knowledge and experience of catering and its many challengesHave energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitudeIt’s about your values too.
