Coopman are excited to be working with this specialist Financial Services focused consultancy firm, as they look to add a a new Senior Associate to their Financial Crime practice. The role will provide exposure to a number of areas of Financial Crime, including AML, Fraud, Bribery & Corruption and more as you work with a range of clients on a number of Financial Crime focussed projects.Key Responsibilities:Supporting clients across different areas of Financial Services on their Financial Crime regulatory requirementsBeing the first point of contact for these clients, assisting with technical questions andKeep abreast of any developments surrounding Financial Crime regulation, providing updates to both the firm and its clientsAttend client sites for visits to conduct audits and provide face to face advice, initially assisted with senior team members, moving into an unassisted capacity as you grow into the roleUndertake ad-hoc project work for the clients, such as writing reports and providing support with FCA applicationsRequirements:Previous experience in consultancy and experience in a client facing role would be idealProfessional qualification in Financial Crime a distinct advantage (e.g. ICA Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention)Strong awareness of the current regulatory landscape of Financial CrimeThe ability to work collaboratively within a small team and able to manage multiple workflows and projects at onceCommercially minded, to spot further revenue generating opportunities and opportunities for the wider business to support clientsImpeccable communication skills, both written and verbally, and competent with a full suite of Microsoft Office toolsYou will be joining a team whop continues to grow and offer new services in an expanding organisation, with the chance to learn and work alongside some of the most highly respected Financial Crime professionals in Financial Services.
