Our client is seeking a Advisor Channel Sales Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing healthcare advisor contract management and healthcare advisor relationship management.
Functions:
- Responsibility and accountability for executing healthcare advisor contract management
- Healthcare advisor relationship management
- Acquisition of new healthcare advisors as well as new corporates
- Business consultant management and healthcare advisor support management in order for the client to be positioned as the Scheme of choice for the advisor channel and prospective clients.
- To develop and implement effective strategies that will continuously enhance the client’s healthcare advisor channel value proposition to ensure the growth and retention of the client’s membership.
- To ensure that all activities are in line with the regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
Qualification
- Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (Mathematics on a symbol E or higher. Maths Literacy on a symbol C or higher),
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent
Experience
- Minimum 8 years in the financial services or healthcare industry in a Sales, Distribution, Business Development, Relationship Management and/or Marketing role
- Minimum 5 years management experience Work Experience
