1. Position Purpose
Oversee the South African BSD's B2B Sales function by leading comprehensive sales strategies for diverse international markets, driving revenue growth and market expansion. The position holder leads a diverse sales team, optimizes global sales processes, and ensures continuous improvement in line with the organization's overall objectives. Additionally, the position holder focuses on cultivating and retaining B2B key accounts regionally. This includes addressing client-specific needs, budget management, and providing insights for financial risk mitigation strategy. Lastly, the position holder identifies and executes new market entry strategies.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic and Managerial Responsibilities:
- Implement the B2B Sales functional strategy in line with business vision, mission, and corporate objectives.
- Ensure that the overall business strategy is translated into annual B2B Sales operational business plans and monitor performance to ensure alignment.
- Manage Sales related compliance frameworks and programs within the B2B Sales department, ensuring alignment with local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
