Key Responsibilities:
- Process and handle insurance documentation efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with underwriters and brokers to facilitate policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals
- Maintain and update electronic files and records in compliance with industry standards
- Handle premium and claims transactions with attention to detail and accuracy
- Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders to resolve queries
Additional Opportunity:
- Explore and contribute to Account Handling responsibilities, gaining valuable experience in managing client relationships
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as an Insurance Technician or similar role within the Lloyd's market
- Familiarity with insurance documentation and policy processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of Lloyd's systems and procedures is advantageous
