THE COMPANY
Harnham is working with a boutique market research fieldwork agency that are looking for a new research project manager that will lead research end-end from bid stages through to delivery, The role would be acting as the main point of contact to clients, managing projects, systems and processes for them to ensure the smooth delivery of projects,
THE ROLE
You will:
- Review inbound leads and asses the bid management process
- Manage research projects from kick-off to ensure
- Writing and reviewing discussion guides and screeners
- Acting as a main point of contact to clients, liaising with them regularly and partnering with them to understand their needs to ensure projects are delivered successfully
- Liaise closely with the sales team to enhance their understanding for costing and onboarding
- Overseeing and delegating project delivery
- Allocate bid preparation for projects the team decide to bid on
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will need to have:
- 3+ years Experience in market research fieldwork
- Experience developing client relationships
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong organisational and commnication skills
