As they continue to scale, they are seeking a talented and driven Finance Manager to join the team and lead the financial operations during this exciting growth phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Produce monthly management accounts and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with statutory financial reporting requirements and manage the year-end audit process.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liaise with the private equity investors to ensure alignment on financial goals.
- Lead a small finance team and provide mentorship to junior team members.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to support business growth and investment strategies.
- Implement and maintain strong financial controls, processes, and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Key Requirements:
- Fully qualified audit trained (top 6) accountant (ACA, ACCA) with a strong background in finance management.
- Previous experience in a Private Equity-backed environment or a high growth SME is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of managing finance teams and driving financial performance in a high-growth business.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and a hands-on approach to financial management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present financial information clearly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
