Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Client Services Associate with sell-side/pre-trade experience to join the Corporate & Investment Banking division of a global bank. This role starts as a fixed-term contract (FTC) until December, with the potential to transition into a permanent position. Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the client onboarding process.
- Lead complex conversion activities for institutional clients.
- Review workflows to ensure optimal client experience and regulatory compliance.
- Provide recommendations for client support and training.
- Track and maintain projects and documentation, acting as the client's project manager.
- Utilise client feedback to improve the onboarding process.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience within sell-side/pre-trade environments.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and funds.
- Experience managing client onboarding and offboarding.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian is advantageous.
- Highly motivated, independent, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This position requires working in the London office four days per week, with the option to work from home on the remaining day.
