Job DescriptionOur client, a leading creative studio, is seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
A note that this is a 3-month fixed term contract with the high possibility to extend or become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Collaborate closely with creative teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet project objectives
- Lead the planning and execution of creative projects from concept to completion
- Conduct thorough research and develop compelling content
- Recruit and manage relationships with executive speakers and industry experts
- Maintain strong attention to detail while bringing a creative flair to the projects
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a similar producer role within an agency environment
- Experience working with fashion, luxury & beauty clients
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex creative projects
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of various production processes and technologies
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in project management tools and relevant software
