Job DescriptionOur client is a global law firm who are looking to add to their ER Team with an Employee Relations Advisor. This is a permanent role paying up to £60,000 with a hybrid working environment based in London.
Main Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for queries on people policies.
- Providing initial employee relations advice, and meaningfully assisting with more complex cases.
- Assisting as the first point of contact for the wider HR function while supporting the Employee Relations & Policy team.
Experience & Attributes:
- The ability to advise HR Managers as you take them through ER issues.
- A collaborative approach to delivering when working within the direct team and with the wider stakeholders.
- A good working knowledge of legislation and best practice, and experience using HR systems.
- Strong attention to detail, in drafting ER documentation, notetaking and maintaining effective and accurate filing systems.
- The ability to administer and manage an up to date and accessible knowledge bank, including precedents, case studies, team emails.
