Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Sales Officer located in the London. The Chief Sales Officer will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, sales management, training, and team management. Some remote work is acceptable for this role. Given the early stage of the business, the candidate would need to wear multiple hats and would be expected to work on tasks outside of sales (e.g general operations).
Responsibilities
- Generate B2B sales for on-trade and off-trade
- Develop and manage sales process and software
- Manage Sales team
- Manage and assist with events and activations
- Account management
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience with on-trade drinks sales
- Training and Team Management skills
- Proven track record of driving sales growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement sales operations/systems
- Ideally some experience with financial modelling, forecasting and supply chain management (but not essential)
- Driving License
