Job DescriptionRecra, in collaboration with a premier fleet management company based in Leicester, is seeking a diligent and customer-oriented Service Advisor to enhance their dynamic team. This role provides a vital link between our customers and the services we offer, ensuring a seamless, satisfactory experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold and adhere to stringent Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies at all times.
- Efficiently manage the entire service flow process.
- Field incoming calls with a welcoming and professional demeanour, consistent with our standard company greeting.
- Efficient planning of service schedules using ADP for service reports, verifying customer data, and coordinating arrangements directly with clients.
- Generate job cards, monitor parts and services workflow, and maintain open lines of communication with clients through to task completion.
- Navigate financial transactions including determining the responsible party for services rendered—Retail, Warranty, or Contract.
- Enhance service and parts profitability by utilising refined sales techniques.
- Strategically load the workshop schedule to optimise capacity.
- Administer courtesy car bookings and manage MOT preparations and communications through ADP.
- Provide professional customer interactions during vehicle check-ins and outs.
- Diagnose product issues accurately by engaging customers with targeted questions.
- Ensure consistent updates are provided to customers regarding job progress, additional work requirements, and estimated costs.
- Facilitate the seamless operation of daily management tasks including invoicing, subcontracting, and customer follow-ups.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups to gauge customer satisfaction.
- Manage administrative duties as allocated by the General Manager and effectively communicate across shifts.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
