Job DescriptionWorking within a Financial Service/ Insurance business, my client is looking to recruit a Graduate Finance Analyst to join the team. This is a challenging opportunity which also provide study support to complete your ACCA qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management accounts process – working with the finance team to deliver a suite of monthly management accounts
- Journal posting
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Intercompany Reconciliations and parent group reporting
- Financial Statement reporting and trading analysis
- Invoice posting, payments and banking responsibilities
- VAT, Corporation Tax, Dividend and Loan transactions
- Process documentation and improvement
- Insurance cash management
- Working with the technical services team to ensure that insurance premiums are paid and reconciled on a timely basis
- Bordereaux production and transactional reporting
- Sales Ledger system reconciliations
- Regular operational and financial reporting
- Regulatory Reporting and Audit
- Reporting to relevant financial regulators
- Audit process support
- Statutory Accounts production
- Ad hoc business support and financial analysis
Requirements:
- Degree educated (minimum 2:1) in Mathematics, Science or Business related subjects.
