The Company
An established and widely known Wealth Management firm servicing Investment Management needs to High Net Worth Clients.
The Role
The Project Manager role is a permanent position and a new role within the business that will report directly to the Head of Wealth Management and work closely with the Investment Management and Financial Planning business on various projects.
The Project Manager will initially work largely on a migration project from their current in house system to a model portfolio service system. Moving forward the Project Manager will be responsible for various projects throughout the business as the Wealth Management firm continues to grow.
Project Management experience within Financial Services, ideally within an Investment Management firm is essential. The role requires someone who has at least 3-5 years experience in this kind of role as a minimum.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the running costing schedule and in preparing other analysis.
The Project Manager will liaise with key stakeholders including the Head of Financial Planning to ensure communication flows are working.
The Project Manager will coordinate the migration process and stay on top of any regulatory requirements.
The Candidate
3-5 years Experience of Project Management / Business Support / Business Analysis ideally within a Wealth Management / Investment Management setting.
Banking and asset management sector regulatory knowledge with high awareness of the regulatory environment in financial services.
Previous experience with a migration project and MPS system would be beneficial
Ability to question and challenge project plans.
Highly numerate and organised, Analytically minded and thorough.
Good communicator confident in dealing with key stakeholders across a business
