About the Role
My client is seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead their CRM strategy, overseeing the ideation, planning, and execution of email and SMS campaigns. CRM is essential for building long-term, meaningful relationships with their customers. Initially, you will play multiple roles, with a clear trajectory to lead a team and significantly impact their growing e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Strategy and Execution
- Take full ownership of their CRM channels, currently driving substantial revenue.
- Implement technical CRM enhancements with the support of a top-tier email marketing agency.
- Utilise advanced segmentation tactics to deliver personalized content.
- Coordinate and manage the CRM content calendar with the marketing team.
- Launch weekly campaigns to educate customers, increase conversions, and build brand loyalty.
- Stay informed on best practices in Klaviyo and email marketing.
CRM Analytics and Testing
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Report on performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, and send times.

Requirements
