As a Senior Training and Systems Coordinator, you will be required to work both as an individual and a team member. To ensure success, our Senior Training and Systems Coordinator should understand the project operation and decision-making processes with a keen interest in database management and construction / compliance related training.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract (maternity cover)

Main Responsibilities
- Liaising with areas/management and to support annual training plans
- Assess training needs for new and existing employees
- Selecting the most appropriate training methods and activities
- Identify internal and external training programmes to address competency gaps
- Track and report on training outcomes
- Maintain employee training records on the training database
- Selecting the most appropriate training methods and activities
- Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs
- Map out training plans for individual employees
- Identify internal and external training programmes to address competency gaps
- Ensure that the training database is maintained and accurate with headcount, movement, and leavers at all times
- Review and update subcontractor monthly returns
- Deliver training database training and support to all users as required
- Produce regular report on competence and any ad hoc reports as required
- Escalate problems and complaints to the Head of training and onboarding
- Carryout tasks associated with training set by the Head of training and onboarding as required
- Monitor and respond to emails and telephone calls in a helpful and positive manner.
