The business has a solid market foundation, has international presence and has been through multiple rounds of funding. They boast an innovative, market-leading product with multiple revenue streams. They now require advanced CRM analytics to develop and drive strategic initiatives as they continue to grow towards a potential exit.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and Iterate: Assess test results to refine our CRM strategies and ensure continuous optimization.
- Support the Head of CRM: Provide data-driven insights to help the Head of CRM understand performance and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering: Work with the data engineering team to model CRM data accurately and develop reports to show CRM’s impact on the business.
- Analyze Customer Data: Explore unstructured data to find insights about our customers, guiding communication strategies for different user segments.
- Design and Execute Tests: Create and run A/B and multivariate tests based on these insights to improve our approach.
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in a similar role focusing on product / marketing analytics.
- Experience within a high growth, scaling company.
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets.
- Experience with BI and data modelling tools (preferable)
