About you
We are looking for someone who can come in and immediately make an impact. This person should exude confidence and be able to motivate, educate and aid the development of other members of the team. Whilst the successful candidate will be well supported, it is expected that they should be able to ‘hit the ground running’, and for the most part be able to manage their team autonomously.
- Experience in line management
- Experience of managing Enterprise level accounts in an agency environment
- Relevant certifications within Google Ads
- (ideal but not essential -Experience with Adobe Ad Cloud)
Responsibilities
- Primary tactical POC across paid search
- Full accountability for the delivery of paid search results
- Lead a team of three to deliver, execute and iterate media strategy
- Ensure quality assurance processes are adhered to
- Ensure the team and accounts are aligned with and executing against agreed KPIs
- Liaise with Google reps to test new betas
- Provide insightful and actionable performance reports on a regular cadence
- Support Business Director with QBRs, commercials and revenue growth opportunities
- Positive team leadership amongst junior team members
- Identify areas of development for line reports and create career development plans
