The ideal candidate will have experience in managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid search and social media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet performance goals, focusing on metrics such as CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Performance Analysis:
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and performance trends.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other platform-specific dashboards.
- Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop comprehensive paid media strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
- Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy by providing insights and recommendations based on campaign performance.
- Client Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on campaign progress and results.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad content.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
