Position Overview
As the Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Your expertise will drive brand awareness, generate leads, and foster customer engagement for this cutting-edge RegTech platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans across various channels
- Identify target audiences and establish effective positioning strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing programs end-to-end
- Provide strategic guidance to the marketing function and senior leadership
- Manage the marketing budget to achieve business goals effectively
- Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies
- Build and manage a high-performing in-house marketing team
- Monitor and optimise the impact of marketing initiatives through data analysis
- Oversee event management to maximise value and brand exposure
- Create compelling content pieces aligned with the company's tone of voice
- Manage the company website, including WordPress, plugins, and integrations
Requirements
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
- Expertise in online marketing and social media strategy
- Strong project management and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Knowledge of SaaS and web-based solutions (beneficial)
- Background in financial services (advantageous)
- Passion for continuous improvement and innovation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Skilled in event management and defining marketing success metrics
- Must have experience in fintech or financial services
