Contract Role - 12 - 18 months
Location - London ( 3 days onsite per week)
My client is seeking an experienced leader with Client Service and and Transfers experience. The role will be supporting the Head of Investor services to develop there client service model and grow the personal investor platform.
The ideal candidate will be able to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage senior stakeholders effectively and lead multiple priorities with excellence contributing to both team and organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Talent development - mentoring & coaching member of your team.
- Help run and improve the effectiveness of the Client Service function and make recommendations for service model change and enhancements.
- Build strong relationships - lead complex processes like high-risk clients, decreased and GDPR requests.
- Influence change and report feedback to management and relevant business units.
- Acts as voice of the client for client service communications, including social care reviews, incident communications and other business communications when required.
- Participates in other special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- Develops and maintains expert-level knowledge of my clients funds, products, and services. Understands the overall Financial Services industry and related legal, tax, and regulatory issues to guide clients. Strong knowledge of transfers and other key business processes.
What you will bring:
- A track record of successfully leading and building teams with a strong client focus.
- Good understating of transfer processing and complex client queries, experience working closely with 3rd party service providers.
- Aptitude in understanding business strategy, the customer base, products, and services as well as relevant industry issues and trends.
- Strong stakeholder management and demonstrates good communication and organizational skills.
- Minimum of 5 years working with Financial Service Client service.
- Strong analytical data skills, with experience in developing and testing hypotheses.
- Minimum of 5 years people leadership experience
