ARM is working with a global aerospace company to recruit for a Key Account Manager, based in their Hampshire office.
This is a permanent role, based in the Southampton area with the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis.
This role is customer-focused, and the right candidate must have experience in an Account Manager position in the Aerospace/ Aviation industry.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for the EMEA region.
- Develop and execute strategic plans in order to meet customer and business objectives.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and new business.
- Work closely with other departments and external suppliers to ensure delivery of projects are met.
- Manage financial targets and monitor budgets and profitability.
The Right Candidate
- Proven experience in a customer account management role within the aerospace industry.
- Strong communicator with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Must be able to manage own time, depending on project need.
- Long-term Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately, this role is unable to offer sponsorship.
