Is positioned to land and grow within new target markets and servicesKey ResponsibilitiesThe PMO Consultant will have a varied mix of responsibilities, described below.Client DeliveryLeading PMO tasks across a wide spectrum of client engagements: Establishing project governance structures Prioritizing projects according to strategic business objectives Project status tracking and reporting RAID management Project team communications and escalations Quality Assurance - Reviewing and enhancing content produced by team members, including PowerPoint decks, BRDs, TOMs, etc.Service DefinitionDeveloping and implementing a delivery governance framework to standardise the delivery approach and accelerate client objectives:Creating project artefacts/templates and maintaining the internal libraryDefining and implementing delivery KPIsPreparing delivery governance toolkits for engagement mobilisation Providing internal training on governance principles/standardsTeam & CultureOnboarding and mentoring junior team membersDemonstrating a positive, inquisitive, and ‘can-do’ approach to workAdditional TasksUndertaking additional duties as they arise, agreed upon on an ad-hoc basis, in alignment with company growthRequired Skills & Experience3-5 years' experience within Financial Services at a major consultancySuccessful completion of a Capital Markets graduate scheme at a major consultancyDirect Project Management Office (PMO) experience, including project status tracking, reporting, and RAID managementExperience planning and managing E2E project plansExperience supporting change request processesStrong Microsoft Office application skills, particularly:Advanced PowerPoint skillsExpertise in Excel, including Pivot tablesStrong data analysis skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with stakeholders at all levelsStrong organisational ability and attention to detailDesirable Skills & ExperienceExperience in relevant domains, including:Margin – Collateral Management/clearingPost Trade – Custody, settlements, regulatory reportingTreasury – Inventory, liquidity, capital managementRisk – Market risk, XVA, Credit risk, operational riskLegal – Client onboardingQualifications A bachelor's degree, 2:1 (or equivalent)
