My client, a logistics provider are looking to hire a HR Advisor with strong ER skills on a 6 month fixed term contract. This role is based in West London, paying up to £60,000 FTE.Duties will include:Partnering and collaborating with senior/management teams, to provide pragmatic and viable solutions to bring the people agenda to life as a highly credible and trusted generalist.Coaching, guiding and advising managers on employee best practiceSupporting with the development of HR policies and processes to ensure legal compliance eg: Modern Slavery and Gender Pay reporting.Act as the subject matter expert for your business unit for all employee relations issues. This could include; capability, absence, health and redundancy ensuring successful resolution.Working successfully with Unions to achieve a positive and fair resolutionLeading on TUPE and change management processesIdentifying service issues and proactively suggesting efficiency improvements.Collaborate with the global team to roll out new HR initiatives and processes such as performance, career development and succession planningKey skillsStrong ER skills, experience managing cases through to completionTUPE and change management experienceStrong working knowledge of UK employment legislation, policies & procedures and best practicesExperience of working in a matrix organisation in conjunction with central functions & delivery partners.Experience working with unions
