Position MissionAs a member of the Aviation Trading team, the Associate will be the administrative lead on all Aviation Trading tasks, projects and reports. Major ResponsibilitiesTrading administration and market intelligence Responsible for collating, organising and improving trading related market information being presented to the business Internal project lead on sales campaigns and corresponding systems, collaborating across other aviation functions on lease summaries, tech specs and models to meet deadlines Primary interface between trading and underwriting ensuring bid data appropriately captured and reported Case by case commercial support on campaign Q&As & LOIs Commercial department reporting Responsible for completion and publishing all weekly and quarterly portfolio, trading and regional reports and tasks Provide and maintain internal and external commercial presentations as needed Work with third party NDA provider to ensure account NDAs are current Administrative lead for airline, trading, portfolio, and aviation wide calls. Collate agenda items and materials in advance of calls Prepare and distribute Microsoft Decision Agendas and materials for team calls QualificationsUndergraduate degree preferred. Previous Aviation experience preferred but not essential. Knowledge of LeaseWorks and PowerBI preferred. Highly competent in Microsoft Office. Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and manage high-priority projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong administrative and project management skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail orientated and self-motivated. Team player and flexible; willing to perform tasks necessary to achieve common goals. Deep understanding of a variety of cultures; internationally oriented and able to build rapport between organizations, people, and cultures.
