Senior Financial System Analyst (Dynamics 365)Central London (hybrid)£90 – 100,000 per annum plus package 12 month Fixed Term Contract (with a view to being extended - candidates interested in shorter / longer contracts will also be considered)An international listed business, based in Central London, is recruiting a newly created role. This role is crucial in driving the optimisation and standardisation of the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules. This is broad role supporting the CFO, Group Financial Controller, the financial and accounting function, and wider business. You will be expected to utilise knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Finance and an understanding of the business to design and implement new processes, solutions, and drive performance. You will translate conceptual requirements into functional solutions in a clear manner that is easily understood by developers and finance.Specifically; this will include tasks like providing D365 Finance operational support, ensuring the Change Request process is followed, and supporting UAT and regression testing during quarterly updates. You will also be expected to be involved in the development and execution of test plans; requirement analysis and customisation or improvement according to the business needs; and integration of new solutions with other internal and third-party systems.Naturally, you will ensure the solution aligns with best practices and industry standards and provide training and support to end-users. You will maintain comprehensive documentation of the implementation process, configurations, and customisations. You will also work closely with senior stakeholders and generate status reports which highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.The successful candidate will possess experience in deploying / optimising Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and a strong understanding of finance and operations processes. You will have the ability to demonstrate the value of Dynamics solutions to senior and finance stakeholders and a proven record of delivering value by leveraging technology. You will have an ability to communicate strategic technical concepts at an executive level and be a trusted voice at the decision-making table. Areas of experience that would be a real advantage include Fixed Assets, Landed Cost, Inventory Management, Project Management and Accounting, Procurement and Supply Chain. The successful candidate would also be expected to demonstrate experience with data migration, system integration, and custom development; the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
