Feel good with every interaction.The OpportunityAs Growth Lead, you’ll own our member acquisition channels across all of our partners and paid channels. You will have responsibility for all activity aimed at generating new member acquisition to the Airtime programme. Working closely with our marketing and product teams, you’ll be required to utilise and optimise all channels to meet monthly growth targets.The ideal candidate will be driven, analytical with a track record for overachieving on targets. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing team to develop creative campaigns to drive awareness as well as building optimised journeys to educate and convert new customers into brand advocates.
