We are recruiting a Sales Manager to join our London Office!The ideal Sales Manager will supervise the sales and execution of VIP Events, Catering & Retail business across Tao Group Hospitality UK. Manage Proactive Sales targets and new lead generation, through various outbound initiatives.Drive pro-active outbound sales calls and new business meetings, to grow demographic accountsBuild and strengthen relationship with key demographics, seek new business within individual bookers and regain lapsed clientele. Develop Sales strategy alongside Sales Development Manager and Head of Sales. Pro-active selling for Retail Campaigns and ongoing products. Work closely with Customer Success Manager for customer onboarding and CRM management - growing the lifetime value of a customer.Cost of acquisition / activities to be tracked against accounts.Drive DMC / Event Partners business to deliver group revenue during off-peak periods.
