Our Air Solutions Team is responsible for helping to develop and grow the UK Air Conditioning business in line with LG’s strategies and objectives.As National Heating Sales Manager you will manage a team of Sales Account Managers and Service Engineers, and be responsible for developing the sales strategy, as well as be partly responsible in training activities and marketing strategy. You will drive sales of the air to water heat pump products, including AWHP and renewables. You will manage the existing distribution sales channels & develop their sales performance.Your Role & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and create new sales opportunities with both existing and new customers, with a view of achieving agreed set volume targetsTo maintain and service sales agreements with targeted customers and to achieve set and agreed KPIsPrepare project design, specification and quotations using LG equipment in support of the sales teamExecute sales strategy as discussed and agreed with the General ManagerProvide effective and detailed reporting of all sales and business development activitiesTo promote the LG brand through regular and set presentations to customers as requiredDeliver CPD Seminar presentations to identified specifiers in the market placeTo liaise with other departments for cross business opportunities, to resolve payment disputes, to assist in new product introduction and end of life management to optimise levels of inventorySkills, Education & ExperienceSolid experience in the Heating Heat Pump market, preferably gained from a reputable manufacturer.
