Payroll and Labour Cost Team LeaderKingstonPermanent£60,000 + car allowance ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll and Labour Cost Team Leader to join our global Technological and Engineering client, Ensuring that adequate records and documentation are kept and that compliance with legal, procedural and audit requirements are maintained.The Role:Checking of all labour invoices ,timesheets and expensesEnsure all payroll changes have the proper authorised documentation prior to processing Payroll changes, advances, starters, leavers & increasesCo-ordination of the salary review processCost Reporting on a quarterly basisProvide management reports on labour costsMaintaining proper records and filing system kept for Statutory Bodies and returns.Ensure payment orders for all payrolls are up to dateRequirements: Previous experience and full qualification as payroll managerMust be computer literate and confident using Microsoft OfficeStrong communication skillsOrganisational ability and able to prioritise workloadHave a problem-solving mindset, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.This vacancy is being advertised by Advanced Resource Managers.
