We are seeking a highly experienced Sales & Events Manager responsible for delivering revenue for the group bookings and events at Oasis Bar & Terrace. We’re looking for a Sales & Events Manager to manage and grow our inbound & proactive sales channels, with a constant drive to provide excellent guest experience. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about hospitality, with a strong focus on generating revenue and building lasting client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:Develop and implement event sales strategy for the bar and terraceDrive outreach initiatives to effectively raise awareness and increase pre- booked business levels for exclusive hire events and other events packagesEstablish and deliver a CRM programDevelop Corporate clients for the bar and restaurant and maintain good relationshipsWork with the Operations Director and Head Chefs to revise and deliver competitive menusWork collaboratively with our Bookings Manager to optimise revenue collectivelyPrepare detailed event briefs to ensure that all events are operationally delivered to an exceptional standardContinually evaluate the success of activities, producing relevant sales and customer satisfaction reports and ROIAttend monthly meetings with the Managing Director, Operations Director and General Manager to report on past and planned activitiesEvent Planning & Coordination:Manage the full lifecycle of events, from initial inquiry to execution, ensuring all elements are meticulously planned and delivered to the highest standard.Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and objectives, translating these into detailed event plans.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of all event aspects, including catering, AV, décor, and entertainment.
