Marketing Operations Manager - Birmingham / Hybrid / £50k-£60kWorking with a food retail client of mine who are growing out their teams and are looking for a brand operations assistant. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient production of printed brand assets, such as brochures, flyers, and point-of-sale materials.No sponsorship providedResponsibilities:Manage print production from concept to completion.Coordinate with design, printing, and distribution.Oversee timelines, budgets, and quality.Source and negotiate with printing vendors to secure optimal pricing, quality, and lead times.Oversee print production from file preparation to quality control, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.Manage the logistics of distributing printed materials to ensure timely and accurate delivery.Manage inventory control of printed materials to prevent shortages or overages.Prepare regular reports on project status, costs, and performance, and analyse data to identify improvement opportunities.Qualifications: Strong experience in production or operations management and POS (point-of-sales)Strong project management skills, including ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.If your skills align with the above, please apply :)
