Qualifications / Certifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (desirable)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Platform Developer PDI
- Salesforce Platform Developer PDII (desirable)
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud (desirable)
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud (desirable)
- Salesforce Certified Community Cloud (desirable)
- Certified Agile Practitioner (optional)
- Salesforce Accredited Financial Services Cloud (optional)
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (optional)
Experience & Skills:
- At least 3 years' experience
- Experience in full cycle software development
- Experience with Salesforce configurations
- Background in CRM process design and implementation
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong aptitude; logical and analytical ability
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will be involved in all aspects of the full delivery life cycle. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Technical solution design
- System development & customisation
- Integration implementation
- Troubleshooting & issue resolution
- Performance optimisation & best practices
