We are an established International Courier Company seeking an experienced individual to join our team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:
- Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience in the quality field with an emphasis on the pharma logistics industry and specifically implementation and continuation of GDP standards.
- In depth understanding of quality and compliance standards such as GDP (current Good Distribution Practice) and ISO9001.
- Experience in assessing quality-related activities and addressing non-conformances at a local level.
- Experience in conducting training sessions on general Quality topics including QA SOP, current laws, regulations and directives.
- Qualification/Certification in line with quality assurance is advantageous.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Skilled in setting up local Risk Management processes.
- Proficiency in managing deviations, investigations, and complaints.
- Proficiency in identifying and resolving quality-related issues effectively and efficiently.
- Proficiency in scheduling clients’ audits and coordinating audit agendas in collaboration with the Global QA Manager – Life Science.
- Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into internal procedures.
