This is a new role for the business and a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, proactive, and energetic individual who can take ownership of key operational areas to drive efficiency, implement systems, and contribute to shaping a positive company culture.A crucial part of the team, the Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs efficiently. You will take the lead in defining and implementing operational processes, overseeing logistics, managing meetings and events, and generally making sure that everything behind the scenes is running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:Driving Efficiency: Develop and implement office processes and systems to improve operational efficiency, ensuring the business runs smoothly day-to-day.Organisation & Planning: Manage all aspects of office administration, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, overseeing office logistics, and ensuring deadlines are met.PA - Providing comprehensive assistance to the Founders with a range of administrative support tasks.Event Management: Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and meetings, ensuring seamless execution and a positive experience for all.Logistics & Facilities: Oversee office logistics, from managing supplies to coordinating with vendors and ensuring the office space is optimized for productivity.Culture Champion: Help drive a positive, motivated culture across the business, acting as a key player in team engagement and morale.Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, making improvements where necessary to support company growth.Collaboration: Work closely with other teams and senior management to support broader business initiatives, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.YouExperience: Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar operational role, ideally within a fast-paced start-up or small business environment.Organisation: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and manage competing priorities effectively.Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who can take initiative, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical solutions.Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the business.Culture Fit: A positive, approachable, and team-oriented individual who is passionate about creating a motivating and productive work environment.Strong proficiency in technology, including advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite.
