The incumbent must have at least 5-10 years Debt Collection experience in a Debt Collection company call centre.
Compulsory skills:
- Understanding of campaigns
- Experience managing a call centre
- People skills a must, with the ability to motivate and drive performance
- Managing team leaders and agents
- The ability to plan and report on campaigns
- Experience reporting to management on performance, campaigns and general operations
- Solid organisational skills and decision making capabilities
- Implementing and driving client KPIs
Experience:
Previous experience with Excalibur is advantageous
Tertiary qualification advantageous
