Job Title: Financial Administrator
Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking for a Financial Administrator who will provide a financial administration service by ensuring that the necessary documents are attached to every supplier invoice where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all supplier invoices have the necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in financial reporting and analysis.
- Coordinate with suppliers for invoice discrepancies.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial administration.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
