Key Responsibilities: o Quickly source and secure qualified candidates for temporary call centre and administrative positions using a range of methods, including networking, direct outreach, and referrals.
o Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure rapport and encourage ongoing referrals.
o Maintain a database of potential candidates to fill frequent or high-demand roles efficiently.
o Utilize creative approaches in cases of scarce skills to ensure the right candidates are identified and placed.
o Build and maintain strong client relationships by fully understanding their staffing needs and preferences.
o Communicate proactively with clients to manage expectations, update them on recruitment progress, and address any feedback or concerns.
o Provide a high level of client service, ensuring that candidates are sourced and placed within agreed timeframes.
- Interviewing and Selection:
o Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments based on client requirements, ensuring the best possible match for the role.
o Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
o Oversee the offer and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for both candidates and clients.
- Administration and Compliance:
o Ensure that all recruitment documentation complies with relevant labour laws and regulations, including candidate right-to-work checks and temporary employment contracts.
o Manage timesheets and onboarding paperwork for successful candidates.
o Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates by addressing concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
o Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction with the recruitment process and candidates placed.
o Meet or exceed recruitment targets, such as time-to-fill, client satisfaction, and retention of placed candidates.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities using the company's CRM system.
