To ensure the highest level of customer service through quality claims processing ensuring adherence to stipulated turnaround times. Assessment of all non-medical claims to ensure that all claims submitted for payment are valid. Handle daily workflow process in terms of the Company’s laid down process.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric
- RE
- FAIS
- Life Insurance background required
- Computer Literacy, Word and Excel
Experience Required:
- At least 2 years Life Insurance background
