We are currently looking for and Import/Export Administrator who will work out of our High Wycombe site, working as part of Synergy’s Customer Service team.The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of Import and export operations communication and the ability to work quickly and accurately is essential to deliver excellence to our customers. The role is varied with freight being moved between locations worldwide in a fast- moving environment under time pressures.The import/export administrator will be responsible for ensuring the business complies with HMRC regulations.Facilitating internal control, training, audits, and compliance related activities.Objectives, Roles and Responsibilities Plans and oversees the flow of goods for international and domestic trafficProduction of all necessary export paperwork and product declarations, filing tariffs, bills of lading, licence agreementsCoordinates paperwork and documentation necessary to comply with customs regulations Identification of most efficient export routes.Export declaration.Import declarations.Resolves customs delays / issues.Maintain all necessary customs records.
