My client is a leading global technology provider with over 2,000 employees. They are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join the team. This role will be on an initial fixed-term basis (12 months). You will report into the HR Director and be responsible for managing the ER function across EMEA. Responsibilities:Lead the Employee Relations function - this includes management of a small ER team.Partner closely with stakeholders from across the business - being able to provide coaching and guidance on complex ER issues.Work closely with the HR Director to help to develop the ER roadmap and drive the ER agenda across the business.You will play a hands-on role with regards to managing senior/complex ER issues across EMEA.Drive best practice across the business - this will involve delivering training sessions and updating the ER framework.Utilising HR data and reporting to influence decisions.Profile Characteristics:7-10 years of Employee Relations experience.A proven background in working for global/matrixed organisations.Significant EMEA based ER experience.Prior team leadership (even if only 1-2 people).A comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the legal framework in the UK.
